North West

We offer FREE delivery on orders over £200 (exc VAT) within a 30 mile radius of our Tile Discount Warehouse locations. This covers most of the North West. 

For orders under £200, or if we don't deliver to your location, please select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout to collect in store.



We can usually deliver nationwide subject to a separate haulage quotation. This is subject to terms and conditions.

  • Courier Standard Delivery (UK Mainland) : from £9.75 +1.50p per kg above 20kg

Pallet delivery from £45.00 to UK Mainland only.

Delivery specifics

After placing your order, our team will contact you to confirm a date for your delivery. Delivery is usually within 3-4 business days, but we are currently experiencing delays of up to 14 days due to COVID-19.

Local Pickup

If you want your order faster than our delivery service can offer or are ordering under £200, please select "Local Pickup" at checkout to collect from the branch. You can even collect the same day. We politely request that you collect within 72 hours due to high demand. 


We have two locations for pickup (you can choose your nearest branch during checkout, subject to availability):

In order to collect your order at a branch, please bring the following items:

1. Proof of ID (the name must match the name on the order)

2. The debit / credit card you used to place your online order

For your security, we cannot release orders to anyone without these two items.





All sales are final, and unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any goods ordered incorrectly or subsequently found to be surplus to your requirements. 

In some special circumstances, we can try to assist where possible by accepting the return of goods for credit subject to a reasonable restocking charge providing it is within 28 days of the original purchase and together with the original packaging if applicable. Please contact our sales team with your invoice number and an explanation of the circumstances. Note that this does not apply for orders where the goods were ordered from the manufacturer specifically for your order.
