Refund Policy


All sales are final, and unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any goods ordered incorrectly or subsequently found to be surplus to your requirements. 

In some special circumstances, we can try to assist where possible by accepting the return of goods for credit subject to a reasonable restocking charge providing it is within 28 days of the original purchase and together with the original packaging if applicable. Please contact our sales team with your invoice number and an explanation of the circumstances. This does not apply for orders where the goods were ordered from the manufacturer specifically for your order - we're unable to do refunds in these cases.
